BUILDING ENVELOPE RESTORATION
The Ira Allen Chapel was experiencing deterioration of the wood windows (high energy loss); the slate roof was in poor condition; and the brick masonry walls were allowing excessive moisture infiltration due to deteriorated mortar joints, masonry cracks, and failed flashings. Gale developed design documents to address window repair/replacement, slate roof repairs, and masonry restoration.
