Omni Hotel and Metropolitan Condominiums is a 32-story building with 511 hotel rooms and 36 condominium residences adjacent to the San Diego Padres ballpark. The client required building envelope consulting services during the pre-construction and construction phases. Gale performed a constructability review of the building envelope aspects of the drawings and specifications, coordinated and reviewed the shop drawings, attended building envelope coordination meetings, and provided periodic observations of building envelope component installation during construction.
