SITE DESIGN AT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Gale provided the site design and permitting assistance for a new 137-unit, multi-family housing development on a 6-acre parcel in Medford, MA. Our services included designing off-street parking for 340 vehicles, a geotechnical investigation and hydrological evaluation of stormwater runoff, local permitting and a MEPA ENF filing, and local utilities improvements that included upgrading abutting sewer lines.
