Gale evaluated the building envelope of 8 Gloucester Street. We assessed the structural stability of various building components including spalled terra cotta, natural building stone, and brick. Gale observed and recommended repairs for various deficiencies on the building envelope that were attributing to the active leakage and deterioration of the building. We also noted and recommended repairs for potential fall hazards that needed to be rectified.
