ROOF AND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS

The Town of Winchester retained Gale to provide consulting engineering services to evaluate and prioritize roof and structural repairs for the Town Hall, Mystic School, Main Fire Station, West Side Fire Station, and several Department of Public Works buildings. Based on the results of Gale’s study, the town amended Gale’s contract to provide further services including roof and structural design renovations, masonry and stone repairs, and exterior building envelope repairs to several additional municipal buildings within the town.
