COMPREHENSIVE FACILITIES NEEDS ANALYSIS

Gale performed a comprehensive facilities and program needs analysis of Souhegan High School to develop a facilities master plan and future recommendations. Gale performed a comprehensive evaluation of the building’s exterior envelope and destructive testing of select masonry wall systems to determine the cause of consistent cracking in the building’s masonry veneer. We then prepared an in-depth evaluation report of the building’s exterior facade, including AutoCad drawings with defect locations, repair/replacement recommendations, cost estimates, and photographic documentation.
