BUILDING ENVELOPE SERVICES – MASSPORT TERM CONTRACT

Gale was contracted by the Massachusetts Port Authority to perform building envelope services at various locations. At the World Trade Center Viaduct, Gale conducted a masonry pier evaluation, as well as field evaluations and testing to determine causes of premature masonry and granite deterioration. At Hanscom Civil Air Terminal, Gale designed a roof replacement (including photovoltaic panels) and structural augmentation.
