FACILITY CONDITION ASSESSMENT

Johns Hopkins Hospital required a complete facilities assessment of 11 buildings, encompassing a total of 2.9 million square feet. Gale investigated and evaluated the wall, window, waterproofing, and roofing systems. The data produced by our survey has been entered into a customized facilities management software program. We are also preparing a report that includes an inventory of system components, a description of observed defects, photographic documentation, and recommendations prioritizing remedial action.
