BUILDING ENVELOPE CONSULTING

Gale performed building envelope evaluation and design services for over 15 projects at Children’s Hospital in the last three years. Some of our projects include roof repair/replacement on five buildings; plaza deck and subgrade waterproofing on three buildings; window replacement, concrete repairs, and grout injection at Karp Garage; sealant replacement on the Main Building; masonry restoration and window replacement at One Autumn Street; facade inspections in compliance with local facade ordinances; and due diligence evaluations.
