ROOF EVALUATION

Two buildings at the Cape Cod Hospital (1978 Building and Lab Building) were experiencing problems with their roofs, including significant water infiltration. Gale evaluated the roofs, associated roof top equipment, and the rising walls above the main roof level. We also performed destructive roof and masonry test cuts. Gale determined the causes of the moisture infiltration and provided recommendations for roof replacement and/or repair alternates.
