EVALUATION AND DESIGN OF ROOF REPLACEMENT

The aged, gravel surfaced, built-up roof system was experiencing numerous interior leaks into patient and testing rooms, as well as building heat loss. There was also masonry deterioration in the parapet walls and penthouses. Gale prepared comprehensive reports with defect locations, repair/replacement recommendations, and cost estimates. We also provided construction phase services and administration.
