INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT – BUILDING ENVELOPE RENOVATIONS

Gale has been contracted by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard to provide construction planning services for the completion of several projects. This has included the development of Building Envelope Management System software in order to allow the client to manage and budget for exterior roof, wall, and window repairs; exterior masonry wall restorations; roof replacements; roof repairs; and historic window rehabilitations on several buildings.
