BUILDING ENVELOPE CONSULTING SERVICES

Building 4 is a barrel-shaped structure approximately 2,814 ft long. The facility has historic significance to the Navy and is considered the primary research facility for ship design and hydromechanics. Gale investigated and evaluated the building to determine the sources of moisture infiltration and cause of interior ceiling delamination. We prepared an in-depth report based on our findings and developed repair documents to implement recommended repairs.
