BUILDING ENVELOPE CONSULTING

Lockheed Martin needed a building envelope consultant to assist in designing roof and wall systems to withstand extreme climatic conditions under which the EELV facility would be exposed. Gale evaluated and recommended various roof and wall assemblies for use on the project. We developed drawings and specifications for exterior wall cladding, roofing, and associated penetrations with high emphasis on wind load, resistance to moisture infiltration and minimal maintenance. Gale also provided Title 2 inspection services to monitor installation during construction.
