EVALUATION AND SITE DESIGN

Gale performed initial land planning and provided a feasibility study for the development of a 35-acre retail shopping center anchored by a Super Stop & Shop. Our planning study included a boundary and topographic survey, traffic analysis, geotechnical investigation, environmental site assessment, utilities study, zoning analysis, floodplain analysis, alternatives analysis, and wetlands delineation. Gale designed the complex layout, stormwater management, utilities, landscape, traffic impact mitigation, wetlands replication, and subdivision lotting plans. We also completed numerous community outreach meetings throughout the design and permitting process.
