CONCRETE AND WATERPROOFING REPAIRS

The Holyoke Center Parking Garage is a multi-level, cast-in-place concrete waffle slab and was experiencing delamination of the floor slab, corroded reinforcing bar, and damaged expansion joints. Gale investigated and performed destructive testing to determine the extent of the damage and budget requirements.  We recommended repairs, prepared construction documents, oversaw application of waterproofing membrane and traffic coating, and provided construction administration.
