EXTERIOR ENVELOPE EVALUATION

This multi-use, four-story structure, located in downtown Boston, consists of commercial spaces along the ground floor and office spaces on the upper floors. The building is comprised of decorative sheet metal cornices and stone façades along the main elevations, and brick masonry walls along the side and back elevations. Gale visually surveyed the exterior wall components to determine potential fall hazards and to assist the client in deciding if temporary stabilization repairs were necessary.
