BUILDING ENVELOPE EVALUATION

Gale performed a roofing and envelope investigation and evaluation at this 19-year-old office facility to determine the cause of ongoing moisture intrusion. Based on our review of original construction documents, as well as visual observations and non-destructive moisture testing, Gale concluded that the leakage was caused by a fundamental defect of the exterior grade elevation being higher than the floor level. Gale also assisted with the preparation and bidding of repair documentation.
