Since 2004, Gale has performed building envelope consulting services at numerous buildings for the University of Vermont including:
- Morrill Hall – Historic masonry restoration and roof replacement ($1M)
- Ira Allen Chapel – Historic masonry restoration ($3.5M)
- Billings Student Center Addition – Plaza waterproofing and masonry replacement ($1.3M)
- Williams Hall – Historic masonry and wood window restorations, and waterproofing ($1.4M)
- Dewey Hall – Roof and parapet replacement ($1.5M)
- 16 Colchester Ave – Evaluation of historic wood windows and exterior wood cladding ($800K est.)
- Grasse Mount – Historic porch and roof replacement ($750K)
- Davis Center – Peer review for new student center ($750K)
- Aiken Hall – Roof replacement, air/vapor barrier installation, brick masonry and through-wall flashing ($15M est.)
- Jeffords Hall – Peer review and construction period services ($37M est.)
- University Heights – Peer review for new student dormitory
- Gutterson Garage – Failure analysis, restoration design, construction monitoring (in progress)
- Kalkin Hall – Evaluation of plaza waterproofing system (design pending)
