RESTORATION AND REPAIR OF ROOFING, MASONRY, AND WINDOWS

The buildings at Emmanuel College were experiencing deterioration of the windows, roofing, brick masonry, and cast stone elements. Gale investigated and evaluated the building envelopes to determine the extent and cause of the damage, and designed repairs.

Special challenges included complying with historic criteria set forth by the Fenway Historic District and performing all of the projects with minimal disruption while school was in session.
