BUILDING ENVELOPE EVALUATION AND DESIGN AND STRUCTURAL INVESTIGATION OF TOWER

Dean Hall, constructed in 1864, exhibited deterioration resulting in interior leaks and moisture issues. Gale provided design and consulting engineering services for exterior repairs at Dean Hall that included repairs to slate, copper, and low-slope roof replacements. We also performed a structural analysis of the existing tower framing.
