SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT RESIDENCE HALL

Gale assisted Curry College with an extremely fast-track design-build development of a three-story residence hall. We were responsible for all site engineering aspects of the development, including coordinating the survey and geotechnical investigations, utilities design, grading and drainage design, landscape design, ADA access, and traffic and parking planning. Gale also facilitated the permitting process with state and local agencies and coordinated the various utility connections required. The design and permitting effort began in January 2005 and the residence hall was occupied in September 2005.
