EXTERIOR BUILDING EVALUATION

The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center had been experiencing roof and wall moisture infiltration since occupation. Previous repairs to the metal roofing had been unsuccessful. There were also safety concerns with regard to falling spalled concrete. Gale identified and located various building envelope defects and problematic conditions, and correlated these deficiencies with reported and observed leaks. We recommended repairs to address moisture infiltration and to preserve longevity of the building envelope components.
