ATHLETIC FIELD COMPLEX PLANNING

Gale assisted with planning a 78-acre municipal athletic field complex. The project included assisting the Town of Kingston with permitting, bidding and construction documents, construction monitoring, and contract management. Our scope included six new baseball/softball fields; roadway, parking, and drainage infrastructure throughout the site; wetlands replication and flood storage mitigation; full irrigation of all 12 fields using wells and pressure tanks; a concession/bathroom facility; and two storage facilities.

The project was completed on time (design through construction was only two years) and $400,000 under budget.
