ROOF REPLACEMENT

The Hillside Elementary School was experiencing extensive ponding throughout all roof areas and there were persistent roof leaks associated with open flashings and torn membranes. Gale installed a tapered insulation and gravel-surfaced built-up roof membrane on the main roof, a tapered insulation and elastomeric membrane system on the modular building, and vandal proof vent pipe screens.
