South of Boston (Weymouth, MA)

Engineer (Building Technology) – P.E. with 5 or more years’ experience in the analysis, evaluation, design, repair and preservation of building envelope systems (roofs, walls, windows, glazings) for institutional, commercial and industrial building projects. Qualified candidates will have pertinent engineering degree, professional registration, sound technical writing skills and computer expertise (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD). Must have project management capabilities.

Planner/Project Manager – Established Planner/Project Manager for campus, residential and commercial planning, as well as the design and planning of athletic and recreation facilities, parks and playgrounds. Must have a degree in a related discipline (e.g., landscape architecture, architecture, planning, etc.) and a professional registration in one of these fields. A proven track record of successful project management is important. Responsibilities will include monitoring project performance (quality, budget, timeliness), communicating with clients, vendors and contractors, writing proposals, providing presentations and directing/mentoring less experienced staff. Technical skills must include computer graphics/rendering capabilities.

Civil Engineer (Transportation)
– Registered Civil Engineer for the design and construction of airport engineering projects. Qualified applicants will have civil engineering degree and 5 to 7 years of project experience in aviation or transportation engineering, along with computer proficiency, strong technical writing skills and the ability to manage projects effectively. While a P.E. is preferred, will consider exceptional candidates within a year of professional registration.

Fairfax, VA and Baltimore, MD:

Engineers (Building Technology)
– Field Engineers to perform evaluations, existing condition reports, field-testing and construction monitoring for building envelope projects (roofs, walls, windows, glazings). Ideal candidates will have applicable engineering degree and 2-5 years’ related experience in roofing, waterproofing or the construction trades. Must have sound computer skills to include Auto CAD. Projects are in the Northern Virginia and DC areas.

Orlando, FL:

Registered Engineer or Architect
Florida Registered Engineer or Architect with a minimum of 10 years' experience in building analysis, design, and construction documents/administration. Must have demonstrated project management success, excellent writing/presentation skills, and solid computer capabilities. Technical expertise in building envelope systems is highly desirable. Candidate will play a major role in regional market growth.

San Francisco, CA:

Registered Engineer or Architect
– Registered Engineer or Architect with a strong resume in the investigation, evaluation, design and repair of troubled buildings. Must possess a P.E. or R.A. and a minimum of 5 years’ building envelope experience. Qualified candidates will also possess proficiency in writing technical reports and thorough knowledge of related computer software programs. A track record of successful project management is important. We will consider candidates within one year of becoming registered.
