Gale completed a feasibility study and preliminary planning and permitting of an affordable age-restricted cluster development. We completed a topographic survey update, a comprehensive wetlands delineation, and a preliminary geotechnical and traffic evaluation. We researched local utilities to serve the development and evaluated the potential for critical habitat and flood storage impacts. Gale also prepared several preliminary development schemes and reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of each.
