Building 14, a historic facility, suffered from various building envelope problems. Gale evaluated the building envelope and itemized components for recommended repair/replacement. We also restored deteriorated historic wood windows, the clock tower, and fascia components. The aged, gravel-surfaced, built-up roof systems on Buildings 60, 96, and 300 suffered from numerous interior leaks, loss of building heat, and ponding water and vegetation growth. Gale prepared comprehensive reports with defect locations, repair/replacement recommendations, and cost estimates. We also provided construction phase services and administration.
