Omni Hotel and Metropolitan Condominiums is a 32-story building with 511 hotel rooms and 36 condominium residences. The client required building envelope consulting services during the pre-construction and construction phases. Gale performed a constructability review of the building envelope aspects of the drawings and specifications, coordinated and reviewed the shop drawings, and provided periodic observations during construction.
