three-story historic structure consists
of a clay tile roof, ornate terra cotta
pavilion, pediments, and window surrounds
along with glazed brick masonry, and sandstone
foundations

and deterioration to ornate terra cotta
facade and deterioration of glazed brick
- Displaced masonry, due to exfoliation
of supporting steel and excessive moisture
