The Building |
- Constructed in 1907, this neoclassical
three-story historic structure consists
of a clay tile roof, ornate terra cotta
pavilion, pediments, and window surrounds
along with glazed brick masonry, and sandstone
foundations

- Age and weather caused cracking, spalling,
and deterioration to ornate terra cotta
facade and deterioration of glazed brick
- Displaced masonry, due to exfoliation
of supporting steel and excessive moisture
intrusion resulted in safety concerns
