| Client’s Issues |
- The GOAA needed a roofing network database
that would evaluate, catalog, and prioritize
repairs to their 2,000,000 s.f. of terminal
and ancillary buildings.

| Gale’s Services |
- Evaluated the roofing using the
"ROOFER" Management Program
developed by the Army Corps of Engineers.
- Entered the roofing defect data into
a database that calculated roof condition
indexes based on defects, roofing type,
and age; enabling GOAA to prioritize
and
budget roofing repairs and replacement.
- Implemented
the program into their system, trained
personnel, established roof repair/replacement
criteria, and performed roof and skylight
renovation projects.
