Gale planned, designed, and permitted a 43-acre industrial park subdivision. The project included:

• Designing a four-lot park, including roadway, utility, and stormwater infrastructure
• Acquiring subdivision approval for the industrial park and a DEP sewer extension permit
• Filing an Expanded Environmental Notification Form and subsequent Single Environmental Impact Report with MEPA, and filing a Land Release Permit with the Federal Aviation Administration
• Designing a 3.5-million gallon stormwater detention/retention system, as well as 7,000+ feet of collection piping
• Designing a municipal sewer pump chamber and 1,500+ feet of sewer force main, as well as more than 3,000 feet of gravity sewer collection piping
