Gale provided planning, design, permitting, bid, and construction period services for a new state-of-the-art athletic complex. The project included:

• Designing a six-lane, "equi-quad" running track, an all-weather synthetic "filled turf" multi-purpose field, emergency and vehicle maintenance access ways, and a new ADA-accessible public toilet facility and front entrance
• Performing a formal site investigation to determine ash and fill contamination in the sub-base material and a risk assessment
• Providing permitting and bid period services; our estimates were within 4% of the award amount with no change orders
