Gale completed a master plan and feasibility study for a 78-acre, 8-parcel industrial park at the former Fort Devens Complex. Our master plan included:

• Evaluating existing structures for potential reuse
• Evaluating utilities and their potential for being incorporated into the new infrastructure
• Performing wetlands delineation and habitat assessment

We were successful in leading the community outreach effort; presenting the project at public meetings and incorporating citizens' concerns into the project design.
