Registered Engineer with a technical background in roofing, waterproofing, air barriers, curtain walls and window systems. Qualified candidates will have a BS/MS in Civil or Structural Engineering, 7-10 years’ professional experience in building envelope evaluation, design and performance, P.E. license, and a track record of sound project/client management. Computer/CAD expertise and excellent written and verbal communications skills are critical. LEED®AP certification is desirable. 

Weymouth, Massachusetts

Building Envelope Engineer – Experienced professional with a technical background in roofing, waterproofing, air barriers, curtain walls and window systems. Qualified candidates will have a BS/MS in Civil Engineering; 3 to 7 years’ technical experience in building envelope evaluation, design, and performance; and a track record of sound project/client management. Computer/CAD expertise, and excellent written and verbal communications skills are critical. P.E. registration (or the ability to become registered) and a LEED®AP certification are highly desirable. Clients are primarily in the New England region.

Baltimore, Maryland

Field Engineer – Perform evaluations, existing condition reports, field testing, and construction monitoring for building envelope projects. Qualified candidates will have an engineering degree (or equivalent technical background) and a minimum of 5 years’ construction monitoring or consultation experience in roofing, waterproofing, or curtain walls. Sound writing and computer/CAD skills are essential. Projects are primarily in the northern Virginia/DC areas.
