Building Envelope Technician – Experienced Technician for evaluations, field testing, development of condition reports and construction monitoring. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree (preferred) and 5-7 years’ related experience in roofing, waterproofing or related construction. Sound CAD capabilities and technical writing skills are essential.

Entry-Level Engineer (Building Envelope Technology) – Our Building Envelope Technology (BET) discipline is dedicated to the repair, rehabilitation and preservation of building envelope systems (roofs, walls, windows, waterproofing). Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering Technology, an E.I.T. and some solid industry experience as a co-op/intern or in the construction trades. Computer aptitude (Microsoft Office), CAD capabilities, and excellent verbal and written skills are essential. Responsibilities include performing field investigations and engineering analyses; assisting with preparing construction documents, specifications and drawings; and providing project monitoring services (all under the guidance of a registered professional engineer).
